Fable Charity was delighted to announce the Inaugural “Blue Rose Ball” to commemorate the fourteenth anniversary.
FABLE would like to thank everyone who attended, supported or sponsored the “Blue Rose Ball”.
The night was a superb mix of exquisite food by the chef at the Royal Victoria Holiday Inn, great service from the staff our thanks go to Herman Beck for doing us proud and for sponsoring the blue champagne on arrival. To fantastic entertainment provided by the “Motown Legends the Drifters” and great dance music from Paul Hawkins Ultimate Disco. The magnificent set and production by Vision mix provided the right ambience with the heart tugging video compiled by Julie Lockwood from ITV Yorkshire had guest reaching for their tissues. The evening was hosted by Mr Steve Smith MBE our very own local solicitor and after dinner speaker, as well as an amazing novelist. His own brand of humour had the audience in stitches. Those that had attended our other Gala Balls voted this the best yet and many stated they can not wait for the next one.
